Ex-lawmaker Kenneth Archibong is dead

Bridget Archibong, wife to a former lawmaker announces the death of her husband – Kenneth Archibong represented Itu/Ibiono Ibom Federal Constituency from 2011-2014 in the House of Reps – Archibong chaired the committee on Air Force while in the House of Reps A former member of the House of Representatives, Kenneth Archibong, is dead, Premium Times report. According to his wife, Bridget Archibong, the late lawmaker passed away on Tuesday, March 22, in Abuja. Although, the circumstances of his death is yet to be made public as at the time of filling this report, associates said he had been ill for some time.

Archibong represented Itu/Ibiono Ibom Federal Constituency from 2011-2014. He was from Itu local government area, Akwa Ibom state. While serving at the House, Archibong chaired the committee on Air Force. Archibong succeeded Ita Enang at the House of Representatives after he (Enang) was elected to the Senate.​ Enang currently acts as President Muhammadu Buhari’s special assistant on National Assembly matters.
